How much does it cost to find out?
Nothing. The consultation is free and there's no obligation to proceed. You only pay if you go ahead with treatment, and you're refunded in full if a clinician decides it isn't right for you.
How quickly does it all happen?
The online consultation takes about five minutes, decisions typically arrive the same day, and once approved your treatment is dispatched in plain, discreet packaging.
Do I have to subscribe?
No, you can pay per order with no commitment, though it costs £20 more per order than the monthly plan. Most patients choose Subscribe & Save: our advertised price, delivery included, and a monthly plan you can cancel any time. The 3- and 6-month plans save £10 and £20 a month; leave one before it's complete and a flat £60 cancellation fee applies, never if a clinician stops your treatment.
Who decides whether treatment is right for me?
A named, UK-registered clinician reviews your whole health picture, you can verify every one of them on the GPhC register. If treatment isn't right for you, we tell you honestly.
What can I add alongside treatment?
Choose what suits you: clinician-formulated supplements, a 15-minute clinician call or priority support can be added at checkout, and left out just as easily.

Previously, best known as the public face of some of the UK’s leading pharmacy businesses, most recently as Clinical Director and Chief Pharmacist at Hallo Healthcare Group, and most notably as LloydsPharmacy Superintendent Pharmacist, the first female in the company’s history to hold that position. Victoria was a founding member and Vice Chair of the Community Pharmacy Patient Safety Group before being appointed to Chair the Group in 2021–2023.
